Return & Exchange Policy
At Zvicent, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Exchange Policy
• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
• Customers must provide clear pictures or videos as proof within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Policy
• Returns are accepted only if the wrong product has been delivered or the item is damaged upon arrival.
• Products that have been used, opened, tested, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed through bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect:
• Perfumes that have been used or opened.
• Cosmetics that have been opened or used.
• Products without original packaging.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
Exchange & Return Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number along with clear images/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, the replacement or refund process will be initiated.
Shipping Charges
• If the mistake is on our side, Zvicent will bear the exchange shipping cost.
• If the exchange is requested for personal preference, the customer will bear all shipping charges.

Zvicent reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
